The St. Louis Rams agreed to terms on a one-year deal with backup quarterback Kellen Clemens on Tuesday, according to the Post-Dispatch's Jim Thomas.

Clemens, a six-year NFL veteran, started three games in place of an injured Sam Bradford during the 2011 season. He completed 52.7% of his passes for 546 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Over the course of his professional career, he has appeared in 28 games, with 12 starts.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
