According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the St. Louis Rams -- having already participated in two 2012 NFL Draft trades and thereby traded their way out of the first round -- will indeed make their first selection of the draft with the No. 33 pick:
At this time, St. Louis does not intend to trade the first pick in the second round and plans to use it instead. #Ramsontheclock

The Rams are projected to take an offensive player with at least one of their three second round draft picks, but just who is unknown. The team led the NFL in sacks allowed and had the fewest passing touchdowns in the 2011 season, but they also allowed the second-most rushing yards with 2433 yards allowed.
