The 6'3", 222 lb Quick starred at FCS power Appalachian State, totalling 202 catches in his 4 years with the Mountaineers. In 12 games last season, Quick grabbed 71 balls for 1096 yards and 11 touchdowns. He has excellent size and speed at receiver, and has the talent to become a star in the NFL.

Quick is still learning the game after only playing one year of football in high school, but he should improve on his route running abilities as he continues to work on his fundamentals.

The Rams' next pick is the 39th overall selection. The Rams buttressed their defensive line with Michael Brockers in the first round, and now they've given their offense a new weapon in Quick.
