For the third week in a row, the St. Louis Rams have opened their respective game as underdogs. The Rams have been underdogs on the road twice now and as 3.5 underdogs at home in week 2. Now preparing to play their second home of the year, the St. Louis opened as a mere 1.5 point underdog against the Seattle Seahawks, per Odds Shark.
Since then, however, the line has seen significant movement. According to SB Nation's NFL odds, some books have moved the Rams to three point underdogs. If the line remains as is until kickoff on Sunday, the Rams will be underdogs in four consecutive games.
The total points scored for the divisional match up between the Seahawks and Rams opened at just 39.5 points. Early line movement has shown the public believe even that number may be too high, given the over/under number has decreased down to 38 points.
Neither offense has been scorching so far this season, but the Rams did have games of 23 and 31 points in the first two weeks before scoring just six at Chicago. On the other end, the Seahawks have yet to score more than 16 points this season.
